Audra, owner of Mi Dio Jewelry has loved jewelry from a very young age. As a child she went to the Philadelphia Art Museum frequently, also many other curated art shows. Her mother was an artist as was her grandfather and great grandfather. Audra's great grand father actually built carriages for the king and queen in Italy, winning several awards for his unique craftmanship. When she was 16, she worked in a jewelry boutique, it was there that she believed she developed her own style. The jewelry was very unique and one of a kind, also, very rustic. The jewelry came from all over the world, which at that time was unusual. Audra also has a strong love for southwestern jewelry and the people who create it, their jewelry tells a story. At the age of 28, she began jewelry classes and she apprenticed for several years.
