Family Caregivers Network is a PA licensed non-medical, home care company offering nurse aides, homecare aides, companions, homemakers, and live-in caregivers. We specialize in the care of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease with programs that focus on memory, activities, and exercises. Our specialized disease management journals helps with communication to families and clients doctors. Family Caregivers also offers Geriatric Care Management by a Certified Geriatric Care Manager and Dementia Care Practitioner. With a thorough needs assessment of the individual's financial, social, and medical needs we are able to advise and direct families in regard to not only direct care but also a long term plan for aging in place. Our Safety program offers clients a complete home safety assessment by our Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist. The assessment will identify the areas of your home which require modifications to ensure your safety. This allows you to remain at home safely as you age. In addition, our Lifeline Medic Alert systems help maintain the safe living of loved ones at the touch of a button. Our educational outreach programs and caregiver support groups offer families assistance in coping with the stress of caregiving as well as how to better manage the issues of chronic disease and aging. We offer free community seminars to local senior centers, other healthcare organizations, churches, and businesses.
