Montgomery County Community College Foundation Hosting Free Breakfast Seminar on Downsizing Your Home January 20, 2017 Blue Bell, Pa.—If you are an empty nester or and just have more house than you need, the Planned Giving Advisory Council of the Montgomery County Community College Foundation can help. The Council will host a breakfast seminar titled Downsizing: Where do you Start? on Friday, Feb. 24 from 8 to 10 a.m. in Room 151 of College Hall at Montgomery County Community College, 340 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell, Pa. The seminar and breakfast are free and open to the public. A panel including a real estate professional, a financial planner and a personal property appraiser will discuss preparing to sell your home, knowing the worth of your property, tips to consolidate and simplify your finances and how charitable giving can benefit you as you go through this process. Panelists include David A. Dzendzel, a financial advisor and certified financial planner for Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. in Conshohocken, Pa.; Lena Tella Getenberg, a real estate consultant for ReMax in Blue Bell, Pa.; and Amy Parenti, vice president of trusts and estates for Freeman’s of Philadelphia, Pa.
