Yesterday, the Bear Creek Mountain Resort team celebrated Earth Day with our yearly Mountain-Clean Up Day! Team members spent the morning on the mountain collecting trash and debris, with members from each department rolling up their sleeves and diving in with enthusiasm. As we reflect on this rewarding day, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire Bear Creek team! Your dedication and hard work ensure our resort remains clean and safe for our cherished guests, each and every day. Mountain Clean Up Day wasn't just about picking up trash—it was about coming together, having fun, and showing Mother Nature some love!

As the snow begins to melt and the winter season draws to a close at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this winter unforgettable.   Undoubtedly, one of the standout moments of the season was our momentous achievement on a national scale. Bear Creek was honored to receive the prestigious Ski Area Management (SAM) Magazine's award for the best feature in SAM’s annual Terrain Park Contest. We are thrilled to announce that over 125,000 guests embarked on memorable adventures with us this winter across our 69 days of operation! Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this season a resounding success. We look forward to welcoming you back for even more unforgettable moments in the coming seasons.

Bear Creek is looking to add a Corporate Events Sales Manager to our Team. The ideal Corporate Events Sales Manager for Bear Creek will increase Company revenue by generating corporate clients to host events at Bear Creek and ensuring the event meets or exceeds the client's expectations. The successful team member is a sales and guest service focused individual with the ability to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests. They can work with their team as well as individually, have good communication skills, be detail oriented and foster the Bear Creek culture by focusing on our guests. This position will be an important member of the Sales team, focusing on developing corporate clients and executing those events. The right person will partner with various departments across the resort to ensure the client has an exceptional experience. Potential hybrid work opportunity. 

We are currently looking for candidates to fill our open HR Coordinator position. The ideal HR Coordinator for Bear Creek is a customer focused administrator who will create and maintain strong relationships across the resort with team members, managers and applicants to promote the Bear Creek culture and to ensure compliance and efficiency relating to HR functions. The HR Coordinator will be the primary contact for applicants and new hires as they transition through the hiring process and onboard to the Bear Creek team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, administrative, time management and organizational skills. Employee Spotlight: Greg Lamack Meet Greg Lamack! Greg has been an integral part of the Bear Creek team for 5 years, working as a snowmaker in the winter and a groundskeeper during the offseason. His passion for being outdoors, specifically his love for snowboarding, led him to become a snowmaker. Working in a physically active environment, while utilizing problem solving skills are just some of Greg’s favorite aspects of snowmaking. Along with continued education and personal growth, Greg and the snowmaking team work hard to provide the absolute best skiing and riding conditions possible. While Greg enjoys working at Bear Creek for a variety of reasons, ultimately, he says it’s the people that make his job special. "Whether it’s my teammates and I working towards accomplishing a common goal, or the crowds of guests eagerly waiting to ride first tracks any given morning, everyone involved makes the job enjoyable.
